Typhoon Hinnamnor to bring rain to north, northeast Taiwan

Typhoon Hinnamnor, which is still a long way away from Taiwan but could develop into a super typhoon in the next 24 hours, will bring rain to northern and northeastern Taiwan starting Wednesday night, the Central Weather Bureau (CWB) said Tuesday.
