Lawmakers urged to expedite law relaxing rules on police use of weapons

Members of the Cabinet on Tuesday urged legislators to prioritize reviewing a proposed amendment that seeks to relax rules governing the use of weapons by police officers after two on duty officers were killed in southern Taiwan the previous day.
