Sea warning expected for Typhoon In-Fa Wednesday evening: CWB

The Central Weather Bureau (CWB) could issue a sea warning for Typhoon In-Fa Wednesday evening, and a land warning could be issued on Thursday, according to CWB forecaster Lin Ping-yu (林秉煜).
