Tropical Storm In-Fa could pass directly over Taiwan

A tropical depression east of the Philippines was upgraded to a tropical storm early Sunday morning, and could pass directly over Taiwan next week, according to the Central Weather Bureau (CWB) and meteorologist Wu Der-rong (吳德榮).
