YouTuber sends Taiwan's thanks to U.S. Congress for vaccine donation

A Taiwan-based American YouTuber has collected over 400 messages of gratitude from his viewers, edited them into a letter and sent it to more than 50 members of the United States Congress in response to the U.S. donation of 2.5 million COVID-19 vaccine doses to Taiwan in June.
