Taipei, Dec. 14 (CNA) The drafting of a Digital Communications Act (數位通訊傳播法) is meant to better regulate "inappropriate" content on online speech platforms and not to censor internet users, the head of Taiwan's National Communications Commission (NCC) said Monday.
