Tropical Storm Atsani leaves 3 people with minor injuries in Taiwan

Tropical Storm Atsani, which brought strong winds and heavy rain to southern and southeastern Taiwan, has left three people with minor injuries on the island as of Saturday morning, the Central Emergency Operation Center (CEOC) said.
