Taiwan lifts land, sea warnings for Tropical Storm Mekkhala

The Central Weather Bureau (CWB) has lifted its land and sea warnings for Tropical Storm Mekkhala, as the storm has made landfall in China and no longer poses a threat to Taiwan's surrounding waters.
