Taiwan's air traffic disrupted as major airline is hit by strike

China Airlines, one of Taiwan's two major carriers, faces major disruption Friday after a pilot's union announced a strike just hours before the action was due to take effect, the first of its kind during an extended Chinese New Year holiday week.
