Civic groups call for education rights for HIV-positive students

The Persons with HIV/AIDS Rights Advocacy Association of Taiwan (PRAATW) and other civic groups spoke up for the educational rights for HIV-positive students in Taipei on Friday as an appeal for reinstatement by an expelled student heads to court.
