Taipei's Chiang Wan-an departs for mayor forum in Seoul

Taipei Mayor Chiang Wan-an (蔣萬安) left Taiwan Sunday morning to attend the World Cities Summit (WCS) Mayors Forum in Seoul, where he will give a speech on creativity and innovation.
