Trade office, MOU to strengthen Virginia ties with Taiwan: Governor

The opening of a trade office and the signing of an economic and trade cooperation pact will build the Virginia-Taiwan partnership stronger, Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin said Tuesday as he concluded a two-day visit to Taiwan.
