1st woman urban development head chosen for Taipei mayor-elect's cabinet

Taipei mayor-elect Chiang Wan-an (蔣萬安) on Monday released a list of personnel to serve in his administration, including Wang Yu-fen (王玉芬), who will be the first woman to head the capital city's Department of Urban Development.
