KMT's Chiang Wan-an to 'put all his effort' into Taipei mayor race

Legislator Chiang Wan-an (蔣萬安) of the opposition Kuomintang (KMT) said Tuesday he will "put all his effort" into the race for Taipei mayor, further fueling speculation that he will soon officially throw his hat into the ring.
