New mobilization agency formed to show Taiwan's resolute all-out defense: Tsai

The launch of a specialized agency responsible for the mobilization of reservists during wartime and for disaster relief is meant to show the world Taiwan's resolute determination to safeguard national security, President Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文) said Thursday.
