New F-16s mark new beginning of Air Force: president

The possible U.S. sale of advanced F-16 C/D aircraft to Taiwan marks a new beginning of the nation's Air Force, President Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文) said Wednesday, after the U.S. officially notified Congress of the deal, which is expected to take effect in one month.
