Tsai will transit in U.S. on visit to Caribbean allies: MOFA

President Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文) will make stopovers in the United States on her trip to the Caribbean later this month to visit Taiwan's diplomatic allies in that region, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) said Monday.
