Taipei, Dec. 13 (CNA) President Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文) on Thursday discussed Taipei's needs with mayor Ko Wen-je (柯文哲) in a high-profile meeting at Taipei Post Office, near the historic North Gate, center of an urban renewal project undertaken by the city government.
