Ex-Taipei mayor to run for legislative seat in Keelung

Former Taipei Mayor Hau Lung-bin (郝龍斌) is poised to be nominated as the ruling Kuomintang's (KMT's) legislative candidate in Keelung, after public polls on Sunday showed him leading the other KMT contenders.
