Taipei, Oct. 9 (CNA) The ruling Kuomintang (KMT) Sunday accused  opposition Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) presidential candidate  Tsai Ing-wen of changing her tune on the country's identity after she  said Saturday that "Taiwan is the Republic of China (ROC)."
