Liu Wei-liang (劉韋良), an assistant investigator on mosquito-borne diseases at the National Health Research Institutes, explains the use of unmanned ground vehicles in monitoring and sanitizing the insect's breeding grounds in ditches at a news conference in Taipei on Monday.
