FEATURE/Choreographer blends defiance and Taiwanese flavors in Oriental dance

Taiwan and the Middle East seemingly have little in common, but choreographer Shao Chen-yu (邵震宇) is on a mission to change that by putting his own stamp on Oriental dance and staging shows about social issues ingrained in every society but never addressed in some.
