Parents of deceased Air Force pilot set up scholarships in his name

The parents of Air Force pilot Chen Yi (陳奕), who was killed last month when an F-16V he was piloting crashed, have set up scholarship programs in Chen's name at his three alma maters, according to a principal of one of the schools.
