Taiwan International Festival of Arts to celebrate artistic adaptability

The Taiwan International Festival of Arts (TIFA), which kicks off in Taipei Feb. 17, will feature over 300 performances celebrating artistic adaptability during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, according to the festival's organizer, the National Theater and Concert Hall (NTCH).
