Foreign stamp dealers impressed by passion of local philatelists

Foreign stamp dealers at the PHILATAIPEI 2016 World Stamp Championship Exhibition in Taipei said Sunday that momentum in stamp collecting is high in Taiwan, and expressed appreciation for what the organizers are doing to promote philately.
