Navigating cross-strait relations taxing but not impossible: Taipei mayor

Taipei Mayor Chiang Wan-an (蔣萬安) on Wednesday told the annual Twin-City Forum in Shanghai that although navigating cross-strait relations is not an impossible proposition, it will require effort.
