Local university panned for allegedly subscribing to 'one China'

A university in Taipei may have violated the law by failing to inform the Ministry of Education of an agreement with Chinese universities in a bid to attract Chinese students, legislators from the ruling Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) said Thursday.
