Xi welcomes Taiwan's bid to join AIIB

Chinese President Xi Jinping (習近平) welcomed Taiwan's bid to join the China-backed Asian Infrastructure Development Bank (AIIB), President Ma Ying-jeou (馬英九) cited Xi as saying Saturday after a historical meeting between the two leaders.
