Taiwan companies optimistic on enclosed-cabin scooter plan

Taiwanese scooter manufacturers reacted positively to a Ministry of Transportation and Communications (MOTC) announcement that it plans to allow enclosed-cabin scooters on public roads as soon as the second half of this year.
