Taiwan's FTC blocks Uber Eats-Foodpanda merger

Taiwan's Fair Trade Commission (FTC) on Wednesday voted to block delivery platform Uber Eats' proposed acquisition of rival service Foodpanda in the country on the grounds that it would restrict competition.
