Taiwan should seek U.S. compromise amid geopolitical tensions: ex-TSMC exec

Taiwan's semiconductor industry is meeting geopolitical pressure linked to the United States' concerns that most of the IC manufacturing is happening in Asia, but should still reach a mutually beneficial compromise with Washington, a former TSMC executive said Tuesday.
