Court approves fraction of compensation sought by Largan from rival

A district court in Taichung has ruled that a rival of smartphone camera lens maker Largan Precision Co. must pay only a small fraction of the compensation sought by the Taiwanese Apple Inc. supplier in an intellectual property dispute.
