EVA Air reports net loss in Q1 due to COVID-19 pandemic

EVA Airways, one of the major international carriers in Taiwan, on Wednesday reported a net loss of more than NT$1.2 billion (US$40.13 million) for the first quarter of the year, citing slow demand due to the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic.
