Taiwan will undoubtedly maintain economic growth this year despite the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic, the nation's development policy planner said Wednesday when commenting on the International Monetary Fund's (IMF's) downplaying of Taiwan's economic growth to minus 4.0 percent in 2020.
