Angela Chang (張振亞), a former chief executive director of President Tsai Ing-wen's (蔡英文) Thinking Taiwan Foundation, has been appointed president of Taipei 101, officially known as 101 Taipei Financial Center Corp., during an interim board meeting on Wednesday, according to a spokesperson for the company.
