OLYMPICS/Lee makes history in Beijing as Taiwan's first female Olympic alpine skier

Taiwanese Lee Wen-yi (李玟儀) competed Wednesday the Alpine Skiing--Women's Slalom in the Beijing Winter Olympics, becoming the first female Olympian from her country to take part in that event.
