Mediatek, NTU, NTUH partner for smartphone blood pressure tech

MediaTek Inc., the largest integrated circuit designer in Taiwan, announced Tuesday that it is working on chip technology that will allow smartphone users to measure their blood pressure using their handsets in 60 seconds.
