Firecracker suspected to have caused commuter train explosion

National Police Agency Director General Chen Kuo-en (陳國恩) said late Thursday that a 15-20 cm explosive that looked like a firecracker was suspected to have caused explosion at a commuter train in Taipei, injuring 21 people, some seriously.
