DPP outdoes KMT on reform but not on ability to govern: survey (update)

The ruling Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) is widely perceived as being better than the Kuomintang (KMT) at advancing reforms but lagged behind the opposition party in its perceived ability to govern the country, a survey has found.
