Cabinet approves anti-stalking, harassment bill

The Cabinet approved a draft anti-stalking and harassment bill Thursday that seeks to criminalize a number of offenses with a maximum penalty of three years in jail and a NT$300,000 (US$10,223) fine for repeat offenders.
