Overseas Chinese students to help southbound policy: official

The long-term efforts by the Overseas Community Affairs Council (僑委會) to nurture overseas Chinese students and establish contacts with Taiwanese businessmen in Southeast Asia will be a major boost to the country's "New Southbound Policy," an official said Monday.
