Hung campaign to return money to donors

Former Kuomintang presidential candidate Hung Hsiu-chu (洪秀柱) said Thursday her campaign staff will return all of the NT$11.83 million (US$364,600) her campaign has received from 2,633 donors since Sept. 23.
