Former opposition party chair urges support for democracy in HK

Taipei, Aug. 29 (CNA) A former chairman of Taiwan's main opposition Democratic Progressive Party, Su Tseng-chang, called for Taiwanese people to support democratic movements in Hong Kong on Friday, one day after a pro- democracy media mogul's home was raided by police in the nearby territory.
