Legislative floor meeting canceled amid cross-strait pact row

A scheduled floor meeting of the Legislative Yuan was canceled Tuesday as lawmakers from the ruling Kuomintang (KMT) declared the service trade pact with China cleared of its review process amid strong protests by the opposition.
