New Cabinet member appointed to handle TPP, RCEP issues

John C.C. Deng, a deputy secretary-general of the National Security Council, revealed Wednesday that the premier's appointment of him as a minister without portfolio is out of the need for his experience in negotiations on international economic and trade issues.
