The U.S. House Committee on Foreign Affairs unanimously agreed to introduce legislation Wednesday that, if it passes Congress, will clear the way for the U.S. president to transfer Oliver Hazard Perry class frigates to "certain foreign recipients," including sales of the guided missile warships to Taiwan.
