Hai Long, CSBC-GeoSea to team up in global offshore wind market

International offshore wind power team Hai Long will partner with a joint venture between Taiwanese shipbuilder CSBC Corp. and Belgian offshore solutions company GeoSea in a bid to make inroads into the global offshore wind power market.
