Ex-minister suggests activating mothballed nuke plant

Former Minister of Economic Affairs Chiang Pin-kung (江丙坤) said on Wednesday the best way to solve Taiwan's power shortage problem is to activate the mothballed fourth nuclear power plant while gradually phasing out the first two nuclear power plants.
