Taipei Mayor-elect, Chinese negotiator miss opportunity to meet

An arranged informal meeting between Taipei Mayor-elect Ko Wen-je and Chen Deming, president of China's Association for Relations Across the Taiwan Straits (ARATS), went askew Monday due to a delay in Chen's schedule.
