Health minister says remain vigilant

A year has passed since COVID-19 struck the world. Taiwan has been successful in dealing with the disease and so far has just over 800 cases and seven deaths. It is also sourcing vaccines and expects they will be available in the spring. But Taiwan's Health Minister Chen Shih-chung warned in a recent interview that even though vaccines are now available, Taiwan and the rest of the world should remain extremely vigilant against the virus.
